  • Training issued in two week blocks to allow you to plan your schedule

  • Modifications to training plan any time to work with your schedule

  • Contact via TrainingPeaks, email or text on Monday-Friday

  • An organised athlete folder for meeting notes, physio/doctor reports, race strategy, etc.

  • At least 2 check-ins a week where I will have a look at your TrainingPeaks data, comments and answer any questions.

  • 1 × 30 minute call/video call every ~4-8 weeks to review training and ask any questions

  • Coaching can be paused if 1-2 weeks' notice is provided.
