About

I am a UK Athletics and UESCA qualified running coach with a focus on trail and ultra running. I have always enjoyed sport and pushing myself to go faster and further. Through the years I have a competed in triathlon, netball and horse riding. In 2023, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune arthritis which has helped me learn about the value of listening to your body whilst still getting the best out of yourself. Today, I still incorporate a variety of sports into my training and adventures - mainly mountain biking and bikepacking.

My approach aims to develop well-rounded and resilient athletes by combining structured training with adaptability. This is to help athletes build fitness to perform well whilst still having the freedom to head into the hills when the sun shines whether that be on foot, bike or otherwise.

Whether your goal is a trail ultra or simply wanting to become a stronger endurance athlete, I focus on sustainable progress and enjoying the process along the way.

1:1 Coaching

  • Structured but flexible personalised training plan via TrainingPeaks integrating running, cycling and mountain-based endurance where relevant

  • Training issued in two week blocks to allow you to plan your schedule

  • Premium TrainingPeaks account (worth £9 per month)

  • Personalised strength training

  • Modifications to your training plan (Monday-Friday)

  • Contact via TrainingPeaks, email or WhatsApp (Monday-Friday)

  • Feedback on all key sessions via TrainingPeaks

  • Initial goal-setting call

  • 1 × 30 minute call/video call every ~4-8 weeks to review training and ask any questions

  • Coaching can be paused if 1-2 weeks' notice is provided

  • Limited number of athletes are taken on to ensure quality of coaching and communication

  • £105 per month
